Break the vaccuum by easily lifting the edge a small bit, and it would come off just as easily as a hat.
Even a toddler who has played with suction cups will know this.

The bald guy is Nick Best. Probably the oldest active competing strongman in the world until last year. The one who put the plunger is Eddie Hall, world strongestman 2017. They are buddies since they starred in the show "The Strongest Man in History". 2 other star of the show were Brian Shaw and Nick oberest. Nick is like the nice grandpa that they always prank.
